Here is the list of changes and new features in version 0.2.
  • improved compatibility with SEG-Y rev.1 format;
  • data view window is redesigned:min/max mode, AGC window, display type are moved to the properties dialog;
  • lighting with bumpmapping;
  • 16-bit palettes (up to 4096 colors);
  • data views connection (zooming and panning in the current view are mirrored in all connected views);
  • trace headers plotting;
  • new magnify viewer policy (viewport is not locked when the magnify viewer is being used);
  • optional Z-axis for the magnify viewer;
  • extended range for the trace scaling;
  • extended AGC window range;
  • hotkeys for switching tools and changing properties;
  • new palettes and option to inverse any of the available palettes;
  • 64-bit architectures compatibility.


File format editor was not implemented. GSEGYView is still constrained to SEG-Y rev.1 only.
